The Network is the premier organization for Springfield’s professionals under 40 who are interested in connecting with other young professionals, advancing their careers, filling leadership roles in the community, and building relationships with other business leaders. Annual memberships are all-inclusive, meaning they provide free access to all of The Network’s regular events.

Our programming focuses on professional development, community engagement, and allowing members to get to know one another as well as more experienced business leaders. The event series we typically stick to are: Local Leadership Series, Living in SGF Series, Civic Engagement Series and Socials. We’ll also take behind-the-scenes tours of local gems on occasion.

Since its creation in 2007 The Network has become the go-to voice for young leaders and professionals in the Springfield community. Members are often sought out for openings on local boards and commissions and are routinely recognized in area publications for their professional and philanthropic efforts. We are also passionate about getting young professionals to share their story of why they love living in Springfield!
