SGForum is The Network’s signature event, and if you’re a young professional in Springfield, it’s the one you don’t want to miss! For the second year in a row, we broke our attendance record, with over 400 of you showing up for incredible programming, an unforgettable keynote, and SO many great conversations.

And here’s the best part: on event day, everyone is a young professional. It doesn’t matter your age, your title, or how long you’ve been in your career. If you’re there to learn, connect, and grow, you belong in the room!

SGForum is all about getting out of your usual networking bubble. Through our peer mentoring initiative, attendees connect with mentors in their own industry, from non-profit and public service to professional services, real estate, the trades, and everything in between. And those connections don’t stop when the event ends!

The momentum keeps going, too. This year’s SGForum led to a series of guided hard hat tours with the Springfield Art Museum, and you all sold out every single one.

THANK YOU to everyone who signed up, showed up, and made SGForum what it is. We can’t wait to see you next year!

Stay tuned for SGForum 2027!
