The Signature Class is an immersive program designed to energize and empower leaders to strengthen their leadership skills, build social capital, mobilize resources, and make a tangible impact on our community. The program includes two retreats and a series of intensive day-long sessions over the course of nine months, exploring Springfield’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Participants gain a profound, unique understanding of their own strengths and how they can be leveraged to effect positive change in Springfield.
As a part of a small group, participants plan and execute a program day, bringing the topic of the day to their classmates through interactive workshops, tours, panel discussions, and meaningful discussions with local leaders.
The Signature Class equips participants with the tools needed to excel in their careers and make a meaningful difference around them, and its impact extends far beyond curriculum during program days. We are constantly inspired by our alumni and participants with how they take their experience into the world.
