This week, The Network held its second virtual edition of New to The Network, which is a new event as of 2020. New to The Network is intended to orient members of The Network on how to best utilize their membership and meet other new members.

As we all navigate the changing times of networking and trying to continue growing our careers through the pandemic, many are asking what networking should look like, both now and in the future.

The Network recently held two more virtual events to keep our members connected during this time of not being able to gather in person.

In case you missed it, we held a brand-new event this week intended to orient members of The Network on how to best utilize their membership, called New to The Network. While it was intended for newer members of The Network, the invite was open to all members. Some in attendance have been members for five years while some have been members for five weeks.

On Friday, June 8, The Network hosted their third annual Summer Fest, presented in cooperation with the City of Springfield.

Nostalgia was on full display at Farmers Park June 9 as The Network for Young Professionals held its second annual Summer Fest. The 2017 edition, presented in conjunction with the City of Springfield, had a 90s theme, complete with throwback décor, themed food and drinks (can you say Pop Rocks punch?) and video flashbacks.
