Why Apply?
The Signature Class is an immersive program that takes you behind the scenes of Springfield, deepening your understanding of the city’s challenges, opportunities, and key sectors. The program includes two retreats and a series of intensive day-long sessions over nine months. Participants plan and execute monthly program days in small groups, bringing a topic to their classmates through interactive workshops, hands-on experiences, exclusive site visits, and discussions with influential community leaders. Throughout the program year, you’ll gain a broader perspective and actionable insights into how you can make a lasting impact.
