Britton Jobe, a partner at Neale & Newman, LLP, was named The Network’s 2017 Young Professional of the Year at the organization’s Holiday Soirée.

Through an open nomination process, The Network’s Young Professional of the Year is selected by a panel of judges that evaluates nominees based on criteria in four different areas: work experience, community involvement, personal/professional development, and YP engagement. Also recognized at the program were three other finalists for the award: Kristin Carter, Central Trust Company; Jeremy Snow, Environmental Works, Inc.; and Shanda Trautman, Old Missouri Bank.

“Britton is incredibly passionate about our initiatives to successfully develop and retain young professionals in the Springfield region,” said Matt Morrow, Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce President. “His leadership in The Network and the broader community has been incredibly focused on talent retention as a key tool in growing our economy by ensuring job creators will have the skilled professionals they need in the future.”
