In this community leadership program, Leadership Springfield walks the class through the Community Focus Report’s blue ribbons and red flags with the help of local leaders and needle movers who believe in the power of community and collaboration.
Participants gain direct access to minds shaping the landscape of Springfield. Speakers share their insights (and email addresses) to collaborate with you. The agenda includes topics like workforce and economic development, local government, citizen engagement, critical resources through non-profit outreach, public safety, quality of place, healthcare collaboration, innovation, education, arts, and recreation. Every speaker brings a distinct perspective to the table, offering a wealth of knowledge that helps participants see Springfield through a new lens.
