Nearly a dozen flatscreen TV monitors light up the interior and exterior of the facility, displaying the latest marketing messages, rates and even live television above the community table, where visitors can enjoy a coffee bar and stay awhile longer.
Above the banking center, the second floor houses the bank’s commercial lending departments including its commercial bankers, small business bankers, mortgage lenders, merchant services and all of their support staff. It’s easily accessible through lobby elevators that open to a warm reception area. Innovation and collaboration converge on this floor with its contemporary workspaces, comfortable meeting areas and café-style breakroom. All exterior offices feature interior glass fronts where natural light mingles with modern fixtures while the walls are adorned with the work of local artists thanks to a cooperative design project with the Springfield Regional Arts Council.
Third floor offices include most of the bank’s executive management team as well as work suites for accounting, human resources and marketing. Two conference rooms also reside on the floor, both equipped with video conferencing and the latest communication technology. In addition, every workspace throughout the building features motorized standing desks to make work more efficient and comfortable for Guaranty Bank at Farmers Park employees.
