The Access Class is a two-day community leadership program that offers a behind-the-scenes look at Springfield, connecting you with key leaders, industries, and initiatives at work in our city. Participants explore critical topics such as economic development, education, healthcare, public safety, and nonprofit impact through interactive discussions, engaging sessions, and exclusive tours. Guided by the blue ribbons and red flags of the Community Focus Report, you’ll gain firsthand knowledge of our region’s challenges and opportunities from some of Springfield’s top leaders (and even walk away with their contact info to continue the conversations!).
Along with a deeper understanding of our community, the Access Class is designed to bring professionals of all stages together to develop an instant community network. With ample networking opportunities across two days, the possibility for connection and collaboration are endless! Beyond your classmates, you will join Leadership Springfield’s 3,000+ alumni network, giving you continued access to leaders, resources, and opportunities to get involved.
However, Access Class is more than just two days of learning and networking. It’s about activating your potential and creating opportunities that extend far beyond the agenda.
