May Spotlight: Drury University

As a young professional, ambition and schedules don’t always align. It’s easy to put your goals on the back burner. Drury University can help bridge that gap with programs as flexible as they are innovative. Drury offers relevant, high impact degrees targeted toward the professional adult at the graduate and undergraduate levels.

Graduate Degrees

The College of Graduate Studies offers master’s degrees in both online and seated formats to accommodate even the busiest executive. In addition to our existing Master in Education Master of Nonprofit and Civic Leadership and Master in Communication, Drury has completely revamped its MBA program and added two new master-level offerings:

Completely Redesigned MBA Ventures Program

With classes starting in fall 2020, the MBA Ventures program is a new take on the MBA. In the first year of the program, students will focus on establishing business leadership skills and move on to practical application of those skills during the second year. Taken with a cohort of fellow MBA students, individuals will practice these new leadership skills, including how to gather resources and generate team buy-in.

Master of Integrative Leadership

You can think of the Master of Integrative Leadership as a modular master’s degree: Students can combine any two 12-hour certificate programs to design their own educational path. Two additional connector courses will challenge you to take what you’ve learned and connect it to your professional field. Certificates, which can also be stand-alone programs, include:

Master of Public Safety Leadership

Designed with direct input from public safety professionals across the country, the Master of Public Service and Safety Leadership focuses on developing the leadership skills necessary for you to successfully integrate all aspects of public safety, operations, personnel management and strategic practices and policies. Our goal is to enable you to be the most effective leader possible when your community and team need you most.

Undergraduate Degrees

If you’re seeking a bachelor’s or associate degree, the College of Continuing and Professional Studies puts you in the driver’s seat with flexibility at every turn. Drury’s CCPS program offers the small classes and personalized attention that Drury is known for, in a format that works for working professionals.
