In a constant effort to serve beyond the trades, Air Services involves themselves in several communal
support organizations including raising pantry items for Ozark’s Food Harvest, ICare with Harmony
House, community athletic and arts sponsorships, and many other organizations that reach the families
and individuals that we care so dearly about.

Air Services has made multiple different strides over the last year or so to boost a trades presence in the
Springfield area, including adding an Electrical department to our list of existing departments and
services. We are also launching a new location in the Joplin area to better serve those who need a
reliable, residential service company; this new department and location announcement has been the
perfect opportunity to expand our accessibility to our customers and the community.
The core of our success at Air Services is providing a professional image, showing integrity in all we do,
setting the industry pace, and focusing on our employees. These standards are why the organization can
adapt and meet the needs of the clients and homes that we serve daily.

New growth also allows for the opportunity to expand the commitment we have to the young
professionals in the area. Currently, the Air Services Apprenticeship Program offers paid training and
certification in all departments, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning), Plumbing, and
Electrical. Educating those about the trades and the options that young adults have is key to the
longevity of the industry and we as an organization strive to build a partnership with professionals to
keep meeting the needs of the Ozarks.

Our region has immense opportunities to grow and serve, these can best be seized by working with
those in the surrounding areas to offer quality services and education opportunities to ensure that the
trades retain the reputation that was built up by those serving the Ozarks so many years ago.
