The Network’s Living in SGF Series at The History Museum on the Square

Members of The Network for Springfield’s Young Professionals hosted their final Living in SGF event series on Monday, October 30, at the History Museum on the Square. The program featured a brief introduction in the Historic Fox Theatre from Sean FitzGibbons, executive director and Charlotte McCoy, business manager.

Following the introduction, members heard from Rusty Worley, executive director of Downtown Springfield Association. Worley talked about upcoming events and the uniqueness that downtown has to offer, especially to Springfield’s young professionals.

As part of the program, Network members participated in a scavenger hunt throughout the History Museum. They were exposed to interesting facts about the community, highlighting different aspects that make Springfield a great place to work, play, live and visit.

Thank you, Downtown Springfield Association, for your sponsorship throughout 2023 and for providing our young professionals with meaningful opportunities to engage with and be a part of downtown Springfield.
